We're looking for an experienced web developer to create a custom real estate platform. This site will not only list properties but also serve as a membership hub for agents and property owners.
Key Features: In the frontend website and platform: -Display properties on the homepage with filter features. - An advanced membership system like login and logout for real estate agents and owners. - Real estate agents and owners can enter their information - Please note, listings will require approval before appearing on the site. In the backend platform: - A need for listings to be approved before they go live - Our company can custom listing durations (1 month, 2 months etc.) but the users(e.g. agents, owners and customers) cannot. -Our company can limit on photos/videos for each listing - Our company can control of payment timings - Automatic email verification for all users For customers, - Premium special listing where customers pay to see special properties on the homepage
