We need a Twilio expert to help us assess our current setup and help us reduce costs but routing calls via a third party SIP trunk instead of using Twilio's expensive outbound call trunks.
The idea is to use a SIP provider that offers a fixed price and includes all calls for free. this should reduce our costs and limit our expense to the fixed monthly rate. Alternatively, we have a SIP trunk provider we are currently using - if we can route calls through this trunk, that would be ok too for now.
