We are seeking a highly flexible and proactive Administrative Assistant to support us across a wide range of professional and personal responsibilities.
This role requires someone who can work with minimal direction, quickly adapt to changing needs, and handle tasks in various areas, including business, job-related matters, community involvement, volunteer work, and more.
The ideal candidate will be able to “do it all” and manage day-to-day responsibilities without constant guidance.
Responsibilities:
Provide seamless administrative and executive support as needed. Be available and responsive to handle tasks as they arise, sometimes out of standard working hours. Manage deadlines, appointments, communications, and any ad-hoc tasks that come up. Maintain strict confidentiality, managing sensitive information with discretion. Operate without a fixed job description, willing to adapt and step into different roles as required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in British English (both spoken and written). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work with high flexibility and responsiveness. A cooperative attitude and a proactive approach to handling various responsibilities. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Additional Details: This position will begin on a trial basis for the first month, with weekly payments. Upon successful completion, the role may transition into a fixed-term contract. Starting rate is modest as the work volume is currently low, but there is potential for increased hours and rate adjustments in the future as responsibilities grow. No fixed work schedule; the role will require flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs.
