We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage administrative and coordination tasks for a large building project in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, be fluent in English (Italian proficiency is a plus), and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities: • Manage email correspondence and scheduling. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities. • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules. • Assist in budget tracking and expense management. • Maintain and organize project documentation. • Provide regular updates and reports to the client.
Requirements: • Proven experience in construction project administration or management. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. • Availability to work [Specify Hours, e.g., 20 hours per week] with flexibility for occasional urgent tasks.
