I need to get a few valuations on an adult business that forms part of my divorce, we have tried to sell it several times but only ever been offered the cash value in the bank or 1x EBITDA as the operating and compliance risks are too great.
Need someone who is a registered accountant in the UK to do it, can supply last two years accounts etc. But basically it needs to be realistic that it is worth the sum of the parts and spell the liabilities out for the directors.
