I have a quiz (questions and answers) which I would like to be embedded on my wordpress website. (or hosted) It must integrate with mailchimp. Ideally the quiz should be free, but if i have to pay that is also fine.
Key Points 1. The quiz must embed on my website (including results page) 2. or be hosted by the quiz service 3. The results page must be customisable based on the results that the user gives. 4. Must integrate with mailchimp. (They will need to give email address to see results) 5. I need this within the next 2 days.
