Role Overview: We are seeking 5 executive assistants to work closely with the founder of the organization to ensure the efficient running of the organization. In this role, you will be assigned to supervise different office locations and report to the office of the founder. Duties of the Executive Assistants: 1. Recruitment, onboarding, and management of office personnel in 2 locations. 2. Regular update sessions on Zoom. 3. Report on the progress of tasks once a week through video submission. 4. Execution of duties in relation to assigned locations and tasks.
