Personal Assistant (PA) to Entrepreneur and Business Leader
Location: Remote – fully work from home
Salary: £5-6 per hour around 30 – 35 hours per week
About the Role:
Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual looking for a dynamic and varied role? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, projects, and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from administrative and project management to research and creative contributions.
Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant, you will (to name but a few):
• Administrative Support:
o Manage and update staff meetings, training materials, and team onboarding processes.
o Audit invoices, subscriptions, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiency.
o Coordinate payroll invoicing, P&L tasks, and financial reporting.
o Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
• Project Management:
o Oversee tasks for business growth initiatives, such as updating websites, creating SOPs, and researching new tools.
o Assist with marketing tasks, including blog editing, social media strategy implementation, and video content creation. Facebook and Linked in postings.
o Support recruitment efforts, prequalifying candidates and preparing job-related documents.
• Research and Reporting:
o Conduct market research on businesses, services, and tools.
o Develop reports on property markets, business advisory, and company diagnostics.
• Creative and Strategic Input:
o Collaborate on content creation, including brochures, blogs, and training manuals.
o Offer constructive feedback on websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Note other tasks and work will be required to help run a busy business.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly Organised: You can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive: You take initiative, solve problems, and anticipate needs.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Xero, CRM, Loom, Teams, Chat GPT and other software platforms.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. You will be working alongside the entire team, so lap over into UK time zones is a must.
• Adaptable: Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ever-changing priorities.
• Discreet and Professional: You maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a PA, administrative, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping or financial reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with business management and growth strategies is highly desirable.
