Expected duration: Ongoing We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to join our fast-growing custom workwear printing team. In this dynamic role, you'll be the key link between our leads and satisfied, repeat customers.
- Managing incoming leads—responding promptly via phone, email, and online chat to ensure no opportunity is missed. - Advising customers—sharing your knowledge to help them choose the right products and printing options. - Preparing quotes & invoices—ensuring accuracy and professionalism. - Coordinating orders—working closely with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met on time. - Maintaining relationships—following up with customers to keep them engaged and happy, while growing our client base.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or coordination—(Plus Point) in the printing or workwear industry. - Strong communication skills—you'll be interacting with a wide range of customers, so being approachable and clear is key. - A proactive attitude—you take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion. - Good organizational skills—you'll be juggling multiple orders, leads, and follow-ups. - Tech-savvy—comfortable with basic computer systems, including invoicing software and CRM tools.
