I am seeking an experienced developer to create a custom AI-powered trading bot for use on the Sierra Chart platform. The bot will monitor Depth of Market (DOM) data in real-time, identify significant buy/sell activity, and provide actionable alerts or execute trades based on predefined conditions. The system must integrate seamlessly with Sierra Chart and support advanced analysis of order flow data.
Key Objectives: 1. DOM Analysis: • Track large buy and sell orders in the DOM. • Identify bid/ask volume imbalances and significant order clusters. • Highlight iceberg orders (hidden orders detected by partial fills).
2. Alerts: • Provide real-time notifications when specific conditions are met (e.g., a large order is detected at key price levels). • Alerts should be customisable (e.g., thresholds for order sizes or specific price zones).
3. Automated Trading: • Enable automated trade execution based on DOM signals and AI predictions. • Include customizable trading rules (e.g., entry/exit criteria, stop-loss, take-profit levels).
4. AI Integration: • Incorporate machine learning to analyse historical DOM data and predict price movements. • Train models to detect patterns such as breakout signals or reversals.
5. Risk Management: • Include position sizing, stop-loss, and take-profit mechanisms to ensure proper risk management.
6. User Interface: • Provide a clear, user-friendly interface for adjusting parameters (e.g., order size thresholds, alert conditions). • Display real-time analysis on the DOM interface.
Technical Requirements: 1. Programming Language: • Use ACSIL (C++) for Sierra Chart integration. • Python or similar for AI/ML components (optional).
2. Platform: • Fully compatible with Sierra Chart’s advanced DOM and trading systems. • Use Sierra Chart’s API for real-time data access and execution.
3. Backtesting: • Provide a way to backtest the bot’s strategies using historical data within Sierra Chart.
4. Documentation: • Include clear, well-commented code and setup instructions. • Provide a user guide for adjusting parameters and troubleshooting.
Expected Deliverables:
1. Fully functional trading bot integrated with Sierra Chart. 2. Configurable settings for DOM analysis, alerts, and automated trading. 3. AI-based predictive model for DOM data analysis. 4. Documentation for setup, usage, and maintenance. 5. Ongoing support for testing and debugging during the implementation phase.
Preferred Skills and Experience: • Proven experience with Sierra Chart and its Advanced Custom Study Interface (ACSIL). • Strong understanding of financial markets, order flow, and DOM. • Experience with AI/ML integration in trading systems. • Proficiency in C++ and Python (for AI/ML components). • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver on schedule.
