you can then see the admin panel and name a "clock" and set the times and messages and noises. then each clock will have its own page like http://businessdevelopmentclock.com/clock1 http://businessdevelopmentclock.com/clock2 etc
When a message is displayed, an audio trigger should play to alert viewers. Each message needs a beggingin and end time. Each message needs a frequency. For example display "this is the message" every week day between 9.01AM and 9:59AM etc. If the message is long alow it to scroll so the full message can be displayed.
The clock should be customisable with its visiuals, i.e you can pick a backgroud colour, or upload an image as the background.
Can you also check the code to make sure the clock remains updated at all times. It should also function on an idle window tab, so it can be displayed on a monitor.
