We require email authentication services to ensure legitimate deliverability for two domains. Currently, emails sent from both domains are incorrectly sorted into recipients' junk or spam filters, negatively impacting communication and business operations.
A thorough assessment is needed to identify any configuration or sending practices potentially triggering spam filters.
The selected freelancer will perform all necessary records and authentication tasks to appropriately establish the domains and their associated email addresses within email receiving infrastructures. Addressing any issue areas will help redirect impacted emails to users' primary inboxes moving forward.
Technical expertise is required to resolve deliverability problems through optimized DNS, SPF, DKIM and other best practices complementing our existing mail servers and protocols.
Documented results and a deliverability report upon job completion will also be provided. Resolving this impediment through proper authentication is integral for keeping business relationships and transactions on track through reliable email correspondence.
