I have Family and Friends that want to talk about high Controversial Topic : Politicis and Social Problems in their Country
1 ) I need a GREAT SOUNDING App that persons can TALK into and , and then later it can CHANGE your or be sent to a FREE VOice Changer APP . Do you know of any that does this?? Or we will have to have that one Created by a Progammer?
II need the VOice to be REAL Human Being VOICE like i hear on Speechalo ( but many people is not going to want to pay for SPEECHELO IT just need to change to ONE ACCENT ( eg Carribbean or USA) We dont need to have a lot of Accents
So if way say takes the WHATSAPP or ANy VOICE RECORDER on their Phone and then wantt to change their voice ( in order to be Anonymous ( Is there a FREE APP ? Or one will have to be Built ??
This AP can we Public meaning where anyone can go on APPLE or GOOGLE PLAY STORE and change their voice after they have recorded their imput on Controversial Politiics topics ( Yes I have tested about 4 Apps /Voice changers Google Play Store But they DO NOT sound like REAL PEOPLE when they are sent it to a Voice Changer App that I have found on Google PLay store
Then I want that VOICE NOTE ( after voice have been changed ) to be able to be UPLOADed or sent to a another Site Where they can POST that Audio ( again ANonymously )
Persons want to voice their Opinions on especially POlitical Issues, But they dont want to be Oestracised for sharing their opinion
So wil Facebook or a Free Podcast site or a we will have to create our Own Annonymous BLog into to post those Audos ? Voice notes of persons expressing their Political Views but not with thieir real voice being heard
I need someone that SPEAKS CLEARLY to 1 ) FIRST HAVE a INTERVIEW of what can be USED
2) Then once I can understand, then i cna HIRE them to actuallry set up wwhat Platform and Voice Changer they see this working on
3 ) Or will i have have to hire someone to Open up a ANONYMOUS COMMUNITY Fb Group page for us that ANYONE can join??
