I am seeking an experienced Workflow Automation Engineer to design and implement a task management workflow for our property management company. The ideal candidate will use task management software to create a system that automates and streamlines the workflow for setting up properties from key collection to marketing. The objective is to reduce human intervention and enhance efficiency by automating task assignments, notifications, and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities: *Design and implement a task workflow on a task management software (e.g., monday.com, ClickUp, Wrike, or similar) based on the detailed workflow provided. *Automate task assignments and notifications to responsible team members, ensuring seamless task progression. *Establish triggers and dependencies to reduce manual involvement while maintaining transparency for all stakeholders. *Configure recurring task templates for new property setups, including predefined team member roles and task sequences. *Integrate the workflow with existing tools (e.g., CRM, PMS, cloud storage) for a centralized and efficient system. *Test and refine the workflow to ensure it is user-friendly, efficient, and scalable. *Provide clear documentation and training for team members on how to use the system effectively.
