Description:
Contract between a limited company delivering consultancy services to a charity. The charity will be assigned a consultant from the company who will deliver to them a range of support. The agreement is to ensure the charity is obligated to fulfil the terms of a three year contract and cannot simply cancel, except for non performance on the part of the company. The agreement should allow flexibility to expand the range of services, and or extend the duration of the contract based on mutual agreement. Both parties are based in Scotland. The contract is being drawn up by the company.
