Expected duration: Ongoing The role of the social media manager is to oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns to promote our brand and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and be able to create and execute effective campaigns that align with our brand's goals. They should also be able to analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. The social media manager will work closely with our marketing team to develop campaign strategies, create content, and manage social media accounts. They will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for social media and marketing. Experience with social media management tools and analytics is a plus. Must have experience using Canva and know how to or be willing to learn how to use AI for social.
