Monitoring and responding to queries on social media is another key task.
For email marketing, the freelancer will need to design email templates branded with the company's logo and colors. They will gather customer data from various sources to regularly send out these emails containing offers, promotions and informative articles. Segmenting the mailing lists and tracking open and click through rates to ascertain the most effective communication channels is important. Analytics of social media and email campaigns must be reviewed to understand customer behavior and decide on future strategies.
Knowledge of social media management tools, graphic design software and email marketing platforms is essential for this role. Strong writing and communication skills coupled with creative flair will help produce impactful posts and emails.
