Create a new Airtable database with the following functionality:
Create Cage Shipping Labels: • Use a “JOB” CSV import to create a shipping label to be used on a our thermal printer. The label will need to have branding applied to it. The shipping label will need to be printed by job number
Cutlery Calculator Database: • Using a “Cutlery” CSV file to import, to run against a master data file showing the weights of each piece of cutlery. From this we need to create an PDFprint out showing the weight tolerances by job number • To print a shipping label for each type of cutlery on a job.
Create Linen Shipping Labels: • Use a “Linen” CSV import to create a linen label to be used on a our thermal printer. The label will need to have branding applied to it. The linen label will need to be printed by job number
Data Collection from PAT Testing and Other measures • Create a database that will capture PAT Testing records and performance records for each appliance, and a PDF created of results. Develop an easy UI for us to enter these in.
Product Label Library: • Create a library of product labels that can be selected and printed. Also happy to add this as a database that can be used to create labels.
I need to know this functionality is deliverable and if you suggest an alternative please advise but Airtable is our preferred.
