Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Advertising Manager to develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. This role involves strategic ad placement, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Paid Ad Campaigns: Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. Ad Strategy & Optimization: Continuously test, optimize, and adjust ad copy, creatives, and targeting to improve performance. Audience Targeting: Research and implement precise audience segmentation strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and interests. Budget Management: Allocate and optimize monthly ad spend to maximize return on investment. Performance Analysis: Track key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and engagement to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. A/B Testing: Run split tests on creatives, headlines, and audiences to refine ad performance. Competitor & Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports and insights on ad performance, including recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience managing and scaling social media ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook & Instagram. Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements. Strong copywriting and creative skills for compelling ad creation. Knowledge of compliance and best practices for social media advertising. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
