The Administrative Operations Specialist will be responsible for retyping, editing, proofreading and translating personal documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities: 1. Re-type, edit, proofread and translate personal documents such as letters, resumes, and essays. 2. Ensure accuracy and consistency in the formatting and layout of the documents. 3. Meet deadlines and work efficiently to meet the needs of the clients. 4. Communicate with clients to clarify any questions or concerns they may have about the documents. 5. Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other word processing software. 6. Knowledge of translation software and tools is a plus.
