I am seeking a developer to help build an automated system to manage my growing e-commerce store and social media presence. Specifically, I need apps and workflows integrated together to seamlessly handle various tasks without manual intervention.
Key requirements include syncing product data between my store and social platforms, automatically posting engaging content to platforms daily, and monitoring all channels for engagement and messages to provide timely support. Analytics dashboards to track performance across sales, traffic and engagement would help glean valuable insights. Notifications of low inventory, order fulfillment updates and other triggers need push alerts.
Payment processing requires integration as do shipping providers for order fulfillment. Customer profiles and purchase histories need centralized access for personalized communications and re-targeting. APIs will likely feature for platforms like Shopify, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Flexibility to add more platforms or functionality later as needs evolve is important.
Security, reliability and scalability are top priorities as my business expands. The system should run efficiently in the background without disrupting normal operations. Straightforward admin interfaces for non-technical users to manage workflows and content would be ideal. A developer experienced in automation, e-commerce and social integrations is preferred to handle this complex but valuable project. Please provide estimates and qualifications for consideration.
