We require comprehensive contact data for grassroots football clubs across the United Kingdom in order to roll out marketing campaigns for a new sportswear brand. The objective is to build brand awareness and drive product sales at the grassroots level. Specifically, the target is to acquire key contact particulars including but not limited to official designations, names, email addresses and telephone numbers for office-bearers at around 18,000 recreational football clubs registered with local FAs.
The contact information must be verified and updated. The data set needs to encompass clubs from the four FAs of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Additionally, it should include club details from lower divisions and junior teams to cast a wide promotional net. Applicants preferably should have prior experience in collecting and validating contact data from diverse sources including official FA databases and club websites. Familiarity with GDPR compliance practices for database compilation is an asset.
The final deliverable contact bank must be methodically structured for easy analysis and segmentation. It should also provide basic club profiles specifying location, level of play, membership size etc to help tailor communication. While public websites will be one source, innovative methods may be required to obtain non-public contacts. The work has to be completed asap, price is negotiable.
