Project Overview We’re looking for a talented T-shirt designer to create a bold, high-quality design that represents the strength, camaraderie, and energy of ManAlive. This T-shirt will be exclusively for our members and should feel like a badge of honour when they wear it.
The design should be modern, masculine, and inspiring while aligning with our brand values and identity.
Design Requirements Theme & Concept: The design should capture the ManAlive spirit—strength, resilience, and community.
Style: Clean, bold, and masculine. No overly complex or cluttered designs.
Typography: Strong, readable fonts that feel powerful and energetic.
Colour Scheme: ManAlive’s brand colours include black, grey, dark yellow, and white. The design should fit well on both dark and light-coloured T-shirts.
Imagery & Symbols: Open to creative ideas, but potential elements could include:
ManAlive logo (we will provide this) Stylized figures representing strength & teamwork Motivational slogans (e.g., "Stronger Together," "Lead the Pack") Subtle nods to outdoor training (e.g., nature elements, movement-based symbols)
Printing Considerations: The design should work well for screen printing or DTF (Direct to Film) methods and avoid excessive gradients or fine details that may not print well.
Deliverables 3–5 initial concept sketches based on the design brief. 1–2 refined designs after feedback from the ManAlive team. Final artwork files in AI, EPS, and PNG formats, ready for print.
Ideal Candidate Experienced in apparel design and understands print production. Strong portfolio of masculine, bold T-shirt designs. Ability to translate brand values into visual design. Open to feedback and willing to refine concepts based on team input.
Once we have found the right person there would be opportunity for ongoing projects.
