We have 5 SEO clients. The industries are: Chauffeur, Builder, Skips, PVC Windows and Doors, Wood Renovation.
All clients are on a Monthly package.
3 of the accounts the fee is £125pm per client (approx 5 hours per client per month) 2 of the accounts the fee is £175pm per client (approx 7 hours per client per month) Total of £725 per month
For the 5 hours per month we allow; -1 hour to review previous months findings. -2 hours to make changes, fixes, up to 1 blog post, landing page -2 hours reporting. (Gathering data and writing summary and summary email to client) -client calls as noted below*
For the 7 hours per month we allow: -1 hour to review previous months findings. -4 hours to make changes, fixes, up to 2 blog posts, landing pages -2 hours reporting. (Gathering data and writing summary and summary email to client) -client calls as noted below*
*Note, as the requirement for reporting and changes fluctuates we know it won’t always be the same time required, we use that time every 2 months for a client progress call of up to 1 hour. and annually we use one months service fee for a strategy call with report and follow up call.
In some cases, if the reporting needs are minimal the rate may lower inline with reporting needs or more time spent on content creation to make up the time.
The reporting and changes, fixes includes work carried out from:

Popular pages (clicks and impressions) 4. On-Page SEO a. SEO score (Via ubersuggest) 5. Links and Backlinks 6. Technical SEO a. Issues in google console, core web vitals, performance checks b. Site speed (lighthouse) Desktop and mobile c. Mobile friendly check d. Indexing check 7. Local SEO a. Google my business checks (best practice) 8. SEO Recommendations a. Actions and recommendations b. Appendix - tracked keywords
Open to making changes to this format.
For new clients we run a 3 stage process. In brief terms this is setup, review and then report and most consists of the above reporting. But will also include setup of GA, Console, sitemap setup, initial keywords meta/title descriptions.
We’d also like you to create a new report in Looker Studio that can be adapted with some additional relevant data to give the reports a consistent look. This will reduce time currently spent gathering information from GA4 and Console.
Essential skills are:
-Proactive nature. -Attention to detail. -Clear report writing -Experience of handling client calls and meetings. (Able to communicate clearly without Jargon) -Experience of creating monthly reports (Looker Studio) -Direction on strategy to clients for the year ahead (annual meeting) -Work in Elementor and WordPress to add new content/pages. -All google key services (GA4,Ads, GTM, Console) -Timely delivery of work to the dates set. -Timely responses to clients and ourselves. -Must be on UK hours as will require calls with clients during normal UK business hours.
This will suit an established freelancer rather than an agency.

Typically you'll already be doing this type of work day in, day out for existing clients and have done for several years.
