Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in AI technologies—especially ChatGPT, chatbot development, and WhatsApp integration—to design, implement, and optimize interactive solutions for our business. Key Responsibilities: • AI Chatbot Development: Design, develop, and deploy chatbots leveraging ChatGPT and other AI models to create engaging, human-like conversations. • WhatsApp Integration: Implement seamless WhatsApp integration to ensure efficient, real-time communication with our customers and clients. • System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with existing business systems and workflows. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements. • Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and conversational platforms to continually refine our solutions. • Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AI-driven customer service applications.
Requirements: • Proven experience with AI tools and frameworks, particularly ChatGPT and similar conversational AI models. • Hands-on experience in chatbot development and integration, especially within the WhatsApp ecosystem. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
