Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and professional Virtual Assistant to manage sales calls, handle emails, and coordinate sales meetings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in sales support, and the ability to work efficiently during UK business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT).
Key Responsibilities: Answer and handle incoming sales calls professionally Respond to emails and follow up with potential leads Schedule and coordinate sales meetings Maintain CRM records and update client details Provide administrative support to the sales team Requirements: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Sales Support Assistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience handling calls and managing emails professionally Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with MS Teams Must be available between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT
