I am looking to reassure my position on a Cease & Desist Letter. ( Attached)
I would like a call to outline my position then gather any information required for you to review. then on your advice take the necessary action or not..
I am dyslexic so I would prefer you to allow / invoice for 30min to 1h for the call so you are able to put together notes and timeline in the call for our defence position. Then obtain a quote for the response.
the email body was the following- "Dear Mr. Coda,
Please find the enclosed letter for your immediate consideration.

I feel the TM as an Image mark at best is weak.
PPP Clinic has been trading since 2018 and my co founder at the time was recognised as one of the worlds leading PPP removal specialists with 25 yers experience.
PPP is an abbreviation for Perlie Penile Papules which is the condition both companies treat.
there claim is very vague and I am unsure the class of the TM is relevant on the site and Manuel.
they state a product was sent to me in 2022 but I have an email from the owner of PPP KIT confirming it was not sent.( please see attached)
my main concern is the copyright as I have little knowledge of this but the Manuel they have is an old one which we have updated 2 weeks ago. and also the company they have written to was a distributor not the manufacturer ( I am the director of both)
also we did have someone try and buy a Manuel online (maybe a little suspect) last week for use with the "PPP KIT" we wrote back saying we could not sell the Manuel as we don't know methods or devices are the same and they would need to go to PPP KIT ( this is only as a bit of evidence if needed )
I would also like the all PPP KIT TM reviewed with a guideline of limitations if applicable in Canada, USA, Australia, UK and Europe. and a strategy for this moving forward.
