Project Overview:
Lead Collection: Fetch leads from job portals like WorkIndia, JobHai, OLX, Apna (API integration or CSV upload).
Lead Processing: Upload leads to "Vahan" for bulk referrals and distribute them to multiple clients like Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, etc.
AI Screening: Automate candidate shortlisting based on age, experience, and document verification.
WhatsApp Automation: AI-powered bot will manage candidate follow-ups, reminders, and joining status tracking.
Notification System: Send real-time updates to both candidates and clients when the hiring process progresses.
Tracking & Reporting: Generate reports on candidate status, activation, and success rates.
