I am looking for a designer with expertise in luxury stationery and high-end printing to create a premium, professionally crafted letter that will be sent to a highly respected scholar and influencer in the Islamic community.
This letter is intended to formally introduce An Nur Studio, a non-profit initiative dedicated to creating historically and Islamically authentic video games for education and entertainment. It is not just an ordinary letter—it must make a strong first impression, convey professionalism, and exude elegance and prestige.
To achieve this, the design should incorporate traditional craftsmanship, premium materials, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure it stands out as a high-caliber, meaningful gesture.
Key Design & Printing Requirements: • High-quality, luxurious paper (e.g., textured, parchment-style, thick cardstock, or handmade paper) • Engraved, embossed, or gold foil lettering for an elegant, refined look • Professional typography and layout that enhances readability while maintaining a timeless aesthetic • Ribbon embellishment or wax seal for a distinguished and ceremonial presentation • Elegant envelope design that complements the letter’s aesthetics • A design that evokes historical Islamic calligraphy or classical manuscript styles (subtle but sophisticated)
What I Need from You: 1. Letter & Envelope Design: • A professional, high-end layout that balances formality, readability, and visual appeal • Inclusion of subtle Islamic-inspired decorative elements (without overcomplicating the design) • A file that is print-ready (PDF, AI, or PSD) with detailed specifications for high-end printing • Assistance in selecting the right paper type, printing method, and finishing details 2. Printing Assistance: • Recommendations for U.S.-based printing services that offer engraving, foil stamping, embossed printing, and ribbon embellishments • If possible, liaising with a print shop to ensure the final product meets quality expectations 3. Mailing Assistance (Optional, but Preferred): • If you have experience with luxury printing, you can handle the printing & mailing process (especially if you are U.S.-based) • If not, I need guidance on the best way to ensure safe, pristine delivery
