System Analysis & Design Understanding workflows of insurance broking operations. Creating system architecture and UI/UX design. Development & Implementation Building a web-based or cloud-based system. Implementing key modules for: Client and Policy Management Premium Accounting & Collections Claims Management Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Customer Communication Integration with payment gateways and accounting software.
