We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and warm calling efforts. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with potential clients will be crucial in driving our sales initiatives. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements
Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with Monday.com CRM software is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous. A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
