We seek to engage freelancers to market and promote a suite of online psychology courses and professional mental health services tailored for working professionals. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies and execution plans to generate awareness and interest among key target audiences.
Some of the core responsibilities will include creation of content such as one-page summaries, case studies, social media posts that effectively highlight the value and benefits of our offerings. Distribution of this content across various online channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, industry forums is important to establish ourselves as a thought leader. Management of paid advertising campaigns tailored for each product requiring meticulous tracking of metrics is also crucial.
Designing e-mail marketing campaigns involving a sequential series of tailored messagesfor lead nurturing and conversion is another key area. Periodic analysis of website traffic and goal completion statistics to optimize campaigns based on audience behaviour and refine messaging is expected. Collaboration with the clinical and program teams to consistently develop compelling value propositions backed by data is necessary to engage sophisticated buyers.
The successful candidate must have 2+ years experience in marketing professional services along with a portfolio demonstrating success in driving qualified leads through online channels.Strong writing, digital marketing and project management skills are essential. Knowledge of psychology or related fields is preferable but not mandatory. This is a part-time role with performance-based compensation.
