Job Overview: We are looking for a **creative and strategic Social Media Manager** to manage and create engaging content across **Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook** for three distinct brands:
- **Lebern** – A real estate business. - **Genesis Network** – An aspirational brand for high achievers in real estate. - **Whoma** – A proptech startup.
The ideal candidate will develop content strategies, create compelling visuals and copy, schedule and monitor posts, engage with the audience, and suggest the best **social media management software** to streamline processes for multiple brands. They will also be responsible for implementing and optimizing the selected tools.
### **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for each brand. - Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, posts, stories, etc.). - Schedule posts and monitor engagement across platforms. - Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement. - Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices. - Research and recommend **social media management software** to streamline posting, engagement, and analytics across multiple brands. - Implement and set up the selected software, ensuring efficiency and ease of use. - Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.
### **Requirements:** - Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in **real estate, proptech, or business-related sectors**. - Strong writing, content creation, and graphic design skills. - Proficiency in social media tools such as **Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms**. - Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
