We're seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Digital Assistant to join our remote team. This role is crucial for streamlining our operations and freeing up our core team to focus on strategic growth. You'll be working across a diverse range of tasks, supporting our varied digital service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Excellence:
Manage and organise calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings. Efficiently handle email correspondence, prioritising and filtering as needed. Maintain digital files and documents for easy access. Assist with client communication and provide timely updates. Conduct online research and data entry.
Project Coordination:
Support project planning and execution across Google Ads, SEO, Shopify Development, and Data Analysis. Coordinate communication between team members and freelancers. Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks. Utilise Asana for project management and Toggle for time tracking. Prepare project reports and updates.
AI & Digital Savvy:
Identify and recommend opportunities for AI automation within our workflows. Assist in the implementation and testing of AI tools. Stay up-to-date with AI trends and technologies. Assist with the data collection and organisation needed for data analysis projects. Assist with the organisation and communication needed for shopify development projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong understanding of AI automation concepts and tools. Familiarity with digital services, including e-commerce (Shopify preferred) and data analysis. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Google Workspace. Experience with Asana (project management) and Toggle (time tracking). Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital marketing Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads. Experience managing remote teams.
Interviews will be over Google Meet
Ideally based in East of England or within 1 hour of Braintree, Essex
