Scope of Work: • Actively engaging with target leads by commenting on their LinkedIn posts in a meaningful and relevant way. • Monitoring profile visits and post interactions to identify engagement opportunities. • Responding to comments and interactions on posts to strengthen relationships with potential leads. • Managing and tracking new connections within CRM tools such as Bitrix. • Evaluating and categorising leads based on interest and engagement level. • Sending personalised and professional outreach messages to initiate conversations. • Tracking responses and adjusting engagement strategies based on interactions. • Conducting ethical and compliant follow-ups to maintain rapport and drive meaningful conversations. • Engaging with industry-relevant content and discussions to increase visibility and credibility.
