Remote or Hybrid | 2-3 Hours Per Week | Based in City of London We are looking for a Klaviyo expert with a proven track record in D2C marketing, ideally with experience working with mid-premium brands. If you have deep expertise in email marketing, SMS automation, and segmentation strategies, we want to hear from you. We are based in the City of London, and while this role can be fully remote, we are happy to offer the option of working from our office for those who prefer a hybrid or in-office arrangement. Who We Are We are a fast-growing, design-led brand looking to scale our email and SMS marketing efforts. We have strong engagement but need an expert to refine our strategy, optimise flows, and drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty. The Role • Audit and optimise existing email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and back-in-stock. • Develop advanced segmentation strategies based on customer behaviour, average order value, and purchase history. • Set up and manage SMS marketing for UK customers, including integration with Klaviyo flows. • Trial and analyse smart sending strategies to determine the best email send times. • Sync Klaviyo with Facebook and Instagram for retargeting and lookalike audiences. • Identify and reward VIP customers with early access to sales and exclusive offers. • Develop strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention through personalised marketing. Who You Are • Proven Klaviyo expert with experience in premium or mid-premium D2C brands. • Strong knowledge of email automation, A/B testing, and segmentation best practices. • Experience in SMS marketing and integrating Klaviyo with paid social strategies. • Data-driven, able to analyse campaign performance and make informed optimisations. • Proactive, independent, and up to date with the latest trends in email and SMS marketing.
