We’re in the early stages of building our brand and are looking for a social media marketing specialist with a proven track record of helping new brands thrive through paid social media advertising.
We need an expert who can:
Create and manage high-converting ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop click-worthy ad content and guide us on the best practices for ad creatives.
Optimise ad performance to ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
Provide strategic advice on content creation or handle content creation for our ads.
Demonstrate a clear ability to turn ad spend into measurable revenue (e.g., if we spend X, we see Y in return).
Your Expertise:
Extensive experience in social media advertising for e-commerce brands, especially startups.
A strong understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and analytics to drive results.
Creative skills to craft engaging, scroll-stopping ad visuals and copy.
Proven success in scaling brands and delivering a positive ROAS.
Knowledge of skincare or personal care industries is a plus but not essential.
