Structure - Insulated steel portal frame building with pitched roof The garage needs to contain 6 x Two Post Car Parking Lift/Car Stacker giving storage for 12 cars A curtained wash area for a single car at one end of the building 2 x twin post car lift with space around this area for roll cabinets for tools and 2 mechanics to work on cars space for tyre fitting machine and wheel balancing machine, compressor Space for tyre racking and spare parts Space to house a fuel bowser (similar footprint to small car) Space on floor for minimum of 4 cars Minimum of 3 sectional insulated doors on one elevation: - one giving direct access to/from the wash area - one to access the 2 twin post lifts - one to access the car stacker area - optional 4th or 5th door if this benefits the layout/access in/out There needs to be a pedestrian entrance into a small reception/office area. This office should be at the front corner of the building on the opposite end of the building to the wash area A separate pedestrian entrance into the main workshop All doors to be on the front elevation. No doors to the rear or side elevation Insulated panels on exterior and translucent roof panels to allow light in No blockwork dwarf walls. LED lighting throughout Concrete floor with several drains, as cars will be covered in snow which will melt when brought into workshop. Hard standing to front of building External visual to be sympathetic with rural setting surrounded by pine forest. 3D rendered views to show cars in garage as it would be used.
