Recommended checks: 1. Confirm app calls `/rest/V1/carts/mine/payment-information` after payment. 2. Check `\Magento\Quote\Model\QuoteManagement::submit()` for failures. 3. Review logs (exception/system) for errors during Apple Pay flow. 4. Check if order is being held in quote and never converted.
