Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced developer to build an interactive CRUZE Customer Service Database that will allow us to efficiently track and manage our B2C operations. The platform should provide comprehensive reporting, interactive graphs, and the ability to extract and analyze data. Key Features & Requirements: 1. Customer Order Tracking: * Maintain a record of customer data, including name, contact details, and category classification. * Track customers’ order history, including: * Product type and viscosity ordered. * Offers availed at the time of purchase. * Order date and associated details. * Monitor order status and categorize orders based on type and offer purchased. 2. Promotions & Transactions Management: * Track promotional campaigns and their usage. * Record transactions related to promotions and provide insights on their effectiveness. * Generate reports on promotion performance at the end of a designated period. 3. Product Sales & Inventory Management: * Monitor products sold or used within a specific timeframe. * Maintain an inventory for both promotions and products. * Provide automated alerts for low stock levels. 4. Interactive Dashboard & Reports: * A user-friendly dashboard displaying real-time insights with interactive graphs. * Data extraction capabilities in various formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.). * Custom reports on sales, promotions, order trends, and inventory status. 5. Technology Preferences: * Cloud-based or local database implementation (please recommend the best approach). * Integration with existing CRM (if applicable). * Secure access with role-based permissions. Expected Deliverables: * A fully functional and tested database system with an intuitive UI. * Dashboard with interactive graphs and analytics. * Reporting and data export features. * Documentation and user training (if needed).
