I am looking for someone to create a very simple site that takes visitors directly to a page that displays a letter template. The letter is an objection to a solar farm and should be usable either as is, or capable of being customised depending on the visitor. Alongside should be a form where the visitor can input their name, address and email. Upon completing the letter and form the visitor will click to submit the letter directly to the planning department of the local council. I would like a costing for a database facility collecting the contact details of each person submitting an objection. Finally I require a copy of the letter and proof of delivery.
