The first thing I need is to connect Tidio to my WhatsApp. However, while attempting this, I ran into an issue with my Facebook account having multiple business portfolios — I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Most of these portfolios need to be deleted, as I’m currently at the limit and unable to create a new one.
