We’re looking for someone to manage WhatsApp messages for our Australia team. You’ll speak with customers and butlers, answer questions, assign jobs, and follow up to make sure every event is covered.
What You’ll Do:
Reply to customer messages about bookings
Assign jobs to butlers and confirm availability
Follow up to make sure jobs are staffed
Keep communication clear, friendly, and organised
Requirements:
Reliable and responsive
Strong written English
Organised and confident communicator
Based in or familiar with Australian time zones
Hours: Part-time and flexible. You must be available between 9am and 2pm Australian time, especially on weekends, as we won’t be online during those hours.
Hourly rate: $4
