I need a telemarketer with experience of taking payments over the phone here in the UK.
Applicants must be first language English, and preferably based in the UK.
We're looking for support for 15-20 hours per week, with a trial period of 10 hours.
You will be calling people to take payment for a service we have already provided, they will generally be happy to pay, and will be pleased to speak to you - the biggest challenge will be getting hold of people, so call volume is important.
You should be able to demonstrate that you have handled call volumes successfully in the past.
Your other challenge will be that the customers are aged over 66 and they move at slower pace, so you will need to demonstrate empathy while also keeping control of the calls to ensure payment is succesful.
Who are you? We want someone who is experienced at dealing with the older generation, can demonstrate call skills and high volume calls. You will be using a CRM to track customers, and Ring central to make the calls.
