I seek an experienced graphic artist to provide image editing services on an ongoing basis. Duties will include photo retouching and manipulation, image formatting and resizing, basic graphic design tasks as required. The ideal freelancer will have strong skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for tasks such as color and tonal corrections, portrait retouching, image composition adjustments and cropping photos as needed. Some light graphic design work may also be required such as creating social media graphics, logos, banners or other simple designs.
Applicants should have a solid portfolio demonstrating experience providing image editing services for personal or commercial clients. A degree, certification or extensive work history in graphic design or visual communications is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have an keen eye for visual details and an ability to understand and achieve the objectives of image editing projects as assigned. Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to quality control are important as the freelancer will work independently.
This ongoing freelance role offers flexibility to take on as many or as few projects as your schedule allows. Projects will generally range from basic photo edits to more involved graphic design work depending on requirements.
