Description: We are a small but growing Polish-run construction company based in the UK, specialising in external wall insulation (EWI). We are looking for a reliable and professional English-speaking person to answer incoming phone calls from potential clients and take basic enquiry details.
You don’t need technical knowledge — just a friendly, clear voice and good communication skills. We will provide a simple script and a list of what to ask the caller.
Your tasks will include:
Answering phone calls during business hours (we’ll agree times in advance)
Taking basic details: name, postcode, phone number, type of enquiry
Logging the information into a simple online form or sending it to us by message/email
Scheduling callbacks when necessary
Requirements:
Native English speaker or near-native fluency
Friendly and professional phone manner
Reliable access to a quiet place to take calls
Punctual and organised
Preferred:
Previous experience in receptionist, VA, or customer service roles
Based in the UK or familiar with UK time zone
Type of contract: Freelance / self-employed This is not a full-time role. Perfect for someone looking for flexible hours and extra income.
Payment: To be discussed — we’re open to either:
Pay-per-call model or
Flat monthly fee (e.g. for handling up to X calls/month)
