I have seen this on TikTok, where when using AI an animated model can be made, like the one in the image attached. It is described as easy, but I cant get it to work properly.
If somebody can guarantee to do this, to an excellent finish, I will want 3 different animations made, of 3 different persons. Total I pay is 20 for all 3.
