Key Responsibilities: • Diary management and scheduling for the CEO • Admin support and daily dashboard updates • Conducting competitive daily market checks • Creating and managing spreadsheets (including formulas) • Drafting professional letters, emails, and documents • Creating, scheduling, and managing social media content • Supporting paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) • Making sales and follow-up calls, and communicating with staff • Supporting sales tracking, CRM updates, and lead generation • Creating cold lead lists and helping with client conversions • Promoting Property Care sign-up bonuses and offers • Assisting with our upcoming podcast – guest outreach, scheduling, and content support • Ensuring tasks are completed with full accountability
