We are looking for an experienced professional to assist in setting up Hotjar on our WordPress website, with a specific focus on:
Configuring goals and funnels to track key conversion points
Setting up heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys/polls to gather user insights
Analysing drop-off points and potential UX issues
Helping us understand why there’s been a significant drop in conversions recently
The ideal candidate should be:
Experienced with Hotjar setup and optimisation
Familiar with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques
Able to work with WordPress (preferably Elementor or similar page builders)
Comfortable interpreting user behaviour data and providing actionable recommendations
This is a short-term project with potential for ongoing CRO consultancy.
