Description: We are looking for a committed, skilled, and emotionally attuned sound designer to create a powerful and immersive soundscape to be played during a Freedom March for Palestine in Gothenburg, Sweden.
This is more than a sound project—it’s a call for solidarity, awareness, and justice. It will be heard by thousands of people standing for the liberation of Palestine, many of whom are grieving, protesting, and trying to wake the world up to a genocide that continues in real time. Your work will help us pierce through apathy and bring people closer to the human cost of what’s happening.

The Soundscape Must Include: • Real, raw audio sourced from the provided YouTube links, such as: • Bombings • Shellings • Drones • Children crying • Mothers screaming • People reacting in shock and pain • News broadcasts in both Arabic and English • Seamless layering and overlap of these sounds to create a wave of emotional intensity • A structure that loops smoothly, with no jarring breaks or endings • Length: 3–5 minutes • Format: WAV or high-quality MP3
This is not a cinematic soundtrack. It should feel raw, urgent, and devastatingly human. The goal is not polish—it’s impact.

Project Details: • Budget: £40 (symbolic, not reflective of the value of the work) • Deadline: 7 days from acceptance, but earlier delivery will be prioritised—as long as quality is not compromised • Platform: This will be played live during protests, through speakers, and must hold its emotional weight even in loud, public spaces • Ownership: This is a nonprofit, pro bono project. We can credit you or keep it anonymous—your choice.
